Double Beer Release: Champurrado & This Time IPA #21

Join us at Big Lick Brewing Co. this Friday, December 8th as we release TWO great beers! We will be tapping Champurrado, our stout based off of Mexican hot chocolate, and This Time IPA #21, the latest installment in our experimental IPA series! Both of these brews are small batches (2 bbls each) and will only be around for a limited time, so come try them while you can!

Champurrado: This decadent imperial stout is our beer version of Mexican hot chocolate. Clocking in at 8.1% ABV, this brew has notes of chocolate, cinnamon and ancho chillies, rounded out by a subtle vanilla sweetness. In this version, we also added coffee from our friends at Lexington Coffee and some fresh, seeded jalapenos. Available on draft only, no crowlers or growlers.

This Time IPA #21: This next installment in our series of experimental IPAs clocks in at 6.9% ABV and was brewed with Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops. The hops were added in the whirlpool as well as during dry hopping, giving the beer notes of white wine, fresh cut grapes and gooseberries. Burton Ale yeast provides additional fruity notes. Available on draft only, no crowlers or growlers.

Food will be available to order from Tuco’s Taqueria and Beamer’s 25 restaurants and later on, we’ll have live music by The Snakes from 6 – 9 pm! Open 4 – 10 pm. See ya soon, Big Lickers!
